Goodyear Autocare has been named as the best-rated brand in Canstar Blue’s latest car tyre retailer ratings, winning the “Most Satisfied Customers – Car Tyre Retailers” award in 2023.

Over 780 Australians were surveyed for their feedback on the car tyre retailers they had purchased car tyres from in store or online. Customers in the survey were asked to rate their satisfaction with their car tyre retailers for customer service, quality of tyre on offer, range of tyres on offer, range of other products and services available, value for money, advice from staff and overall satisfaction.

Goodyear Autocare was the only car tyre retailer to score five stars for five categories, including overall satisfaction, outperforming Bob Jane T-Marts, Tyrepower, Bridgestone, MyCar Tyre & Auto, and Jax Tyres & Auto.

This is our second time when we have taken out an award in the prestigious Canstar Blue market research, as the brand previously won the “Most Satisfied Customers – Car Servicing” award in 2020.
